SF Resolve Flow gives businesses a clear workspace for active client communication, request handling, file support, and day-to-day coordination.

Request management

Create, receive, review, and track client requests with clear status updates, dates, priorities, topics, and supporting details.

Meeting coordination

Manage meeting requests for phone, video, or in-person appointments, with accepted activity visible through the workspace calendar.

Supporting file uploads

Upload files that relate to current requests, meetings, or work being handled through the platform.

Client workspace access

Give clients access to their own workspace so they can submit requests, upload supporting files, and view relevant updates.

Limited internal user access

Allow a small number of internal users to manage assigned client activity within the workspace.

Workspace storage

The plan includes 30GB secure workspace storage for files used within the platform.

Additional storage can be added if needed:

  • Extra 10GB — £2/month
  • Extra 30GB — £5/month
  • Extra 100GB — £15/month

Storage add-ons are monthly workspace extras and may appear separately on invoices.

Document use

File uploads are included to support active client work inside the platform.

SF Resolve Flow is not intended to replace your own business folders, permanent records, accounting records, legal records, backups, or long-term archive systems.

Clients remain responsible for keeping any records they are legally, professionally, or operationally required to retain.
